Assam: Dabangg Assam Cop Junmoni Rabha Reportedly Transferred To Kaliabor

Guwahati: Dabangg police officer, Junmoni Rabha, who recently hit the headlines for nabbing her fiancé over fraud charges, has been transferred from Nagaon to Kaliabor.

According to media reports, it has come to the fore that the two contractors from Majuli identified as Ram Abatar Sharma and Ajit Bora on Wednesday alleged that they had given Rs 50 Lakh and Rs 13.72 lakh respectively to one Rana Pogag in the presence of SI Junmoni Rabha.

Several media reports have claimed that a mobile voice recording between Rabha and the contractors regarding a money laundering case has also gone viral on social media.

After the revelations of these facts, Nagaon Superintendent of Police (SP), Leena Doley promised that if any of these claims were proved and if they received any evidence against Junmoni Rabha, action will be taken against her.

Reports further claimed that money transaction records from Junmoni Rabha's account have come to the light.

Since such claims have surfaced; Rabha has reportedly been transferred to Kaliabor.

On May 2, Rabha had arrested a high-profile fraudster named Rana Pogag and handed him over to Nagaon police after learning about Rana who cheated many people.

Rana had earlier introduced himself as a public relations officer of the Oil and Gas Commission of India to Jonmani Rabha. She later identified Rana Pogag as a high-profile fraudster.

The fraudster had withered money from many individuals in the name of giving those jobs.
